5ft Medium Offshore wind * * *
Surf conditions at 7.40 a.m. on Monday 28th January 2013: Some thick waves are roaring into Harlyn this morning, the biggest ones lining across the bay and shutting down but just occasionally the odd one is staying open, a big wall with hollow sections. Bearing in mind that the tide is now dropping, you have to think that this afternoon's tide will be bringing in some bigger growling waves. The wind is forecast to strengthen but should stay south westerly, offshore here. Yep, it could get good this afternoon and maybe those low tide sheltered spots will come to life too!
