3-4ft with a fresh gusty north north westerly onshore wind. Although the wind would appear to be blowing from a more favourable direction, there's lots of it, it's too strong and just a little bit too side shore. A surfable size, but with a choppy, ragged texture to the faces and the strength of the wind flattening down the peaks. Saunton's a little more sheltered, but still effected by the wind
