2ft Light Cross-Shore wind * *
Surf conditions at 7.00 a.m. on Wednesday 27th February 2013: It's cleaner around here this morning than it has been for ages. The wind is more easterly today but there is still a bit of north in it making for a little bump and slop to the couple of feet of surf but it's not too bad. With the other side being so epic this morning though, I can't think of why you might want to surf here today but there are waves, really setty waves. There's a big, big gap between those sets but when they do roll in they are a lot bigger than those waves inbetween. So it is one of those days when it's only a foot or two but every now and then there are waves twice that size or bigger. But that is also just off high Spring tide, it will inevitably drop with the tide before building again on this afternoon's tide. I reckon the other side has it today but there is a wave here if it's your favourite place!
