About Us
With bases on both the north and south coasts of Cornwall and over a decade’s experience sharing adventures on our incredible coastline, Cornish Rock Tors is one of the South West’s leading adventure activity providers. Specialising in coasteering, sea kayaking and wild swimming for individuals or groups ranging from the nervous through to the card-carrying “adrenaline junky”, every session that we offer is tailor made to ensure that everybody who comes out with us has an enjoyable and truly memorable experience.

Cornish Rock Tors holds an AALA (Adventure Activities Licensing Authority) license for all our activities and all of our instructors hold the relevant National Governing Body Awards for all the activities that we provide. We are a National Trust Ambassador business, operating out of National Trust properties at both out north and south Cornwall locations.

Join us to experience the exhilarating coastline of Cornwall on our popular guided coasteering sessions. With our experienced team of qualified and enthusiastic guides, we offer a range of coasteering routes to suit all abilities and can help you to explore and enjoy Cornwall’s rugged coastal environment. Coasteering offers something for everyone with rocky traverses, exciting whitewater features to swim through, grand caves and of course a range of exhilarating jumps.

Sea Kayaking
Exploring the north and south coasts of Cornwall by kayak provides you with a truly unique perspective. Paddle with us to secluded coves, secret sandy beaches and into enormous sea caves, leaving the crowds far behind and experiencing a side of Cornwall that few visitors ever see. Our specialist and fully qualified sea kayaking instructors will also introduce you to the wealth of marine wildlife such as dolphins, seals and sea birds that we often come across whilst gliding silently along.

Wild Swimming
Enjoy the beauty of the Cornish coastline from the water, swimming between sheltered, secluded, coves and staring up at majestic cliffs. Perhaps you’re already an open water swimming enthusiast visiting Cornwall on holiday, you might be training for an upcoming triathlon event or perhaps you enjoy swimming in the sea but are cautious about venturing away from a lifeguarded beach? Whatever your reasons, you’ll find one of our guided wild swimming routes to suit your needs, whatever your ability.
