Liberia Surf Reports and Surf Forecasts

About Liberia

Liberia has the greatest concentration of quality lefthanders in just about all of African and combined with warm water, virgin lineups and some friendly local faces, these empty setups deserve more attention. The country fell off the surfing map due to vicious civil war but fell back in flavour in 2004 when Scotsman Magnus Wolfe Murray reached the fabled lefts of Robertspot, shortly after the end of the war. Most swells are SSW from the South Atlantic, usually most frequent from April to September.
