Penhale (Perran Sands) Spot Guide

About Penhale (Perran Sands)

Huge stretch of golden sand overlooked by towering sand dunes, this is a consistent and fun beach break with shifting peaks that work through all tides. A huge area to spread out and lifeguarded in summer, popular with local and visiting surfers who want to escape the busier beaches. Bring a good vibe and it will be returned. Long, up-hill walk back from the surf. Drive through holiday camp to pay and display parking overlooking sea.
