Here is the latest board I've built at Schweizer Surfboards. This is a hollow wood version of the Robert August "What I Ride" series. This is prototype 001 for the kit version of the board which will soon be available from www.woodsurfboardsupply.com If you want to see the making of this board and more pics, check out Schweizer Surfboards' Facebook page. The board is made of Bubinga, Flamed Maple, Peruvian Walnut, and Balsa, and the inlays are done in Paua Abalone shell. It will be on display at the Sacred Craft show in Santa Cruz in March at the Robert August booth. Check it out!
