3ft Calm Cross-Shore wind * * *
Surf conditions at 7.15 a.m. on Sunday 28th April 2013: It's a gentle morning this morning, layers of silver spun cloud stretching out around us. The surf is pleasant too, a couple to three feet of fairly glassy stuff, the sea's surface just a little ruffled from the lightest of breezes. The breeze is wafting in from the west or south west but barely noticeable, yet. It is just about full high tide right now and it is a fairly big one with about seven metres of movement and so the waves in the bay are just making a whomping shoredump. That should improve a lot as the tide drops back. Yep, it's looking fun Okay, i know that I said that our SALE would have to finish last weekend but we do have just a few random sized Winter wetsuits left to clear and a couple of half decent surfboards on offer. And with those Bank Holidays approaching rapidly (wait, is that a drumbeat echoing in the distance? May Day? Hmmm....), we need some space! So if you want to drop in on us this weekend - you might just find yourself a cheeky little bargain!
