Medium Onshore wind
Surf conditions at 9.10 a.m. on Wednesday 31st October 2012:
A bit of a late one this morning, following an early morning jaunt along the lanes towards St. Austell. But don't worry, you're not missing much on this typical Autumn morning:
There's a fresh south westerly wind building steadily, blowing a few feet of rolling surf into the bay. It's onshore, three feet plus, a bit chunky looking and filled with the promise of bigger to come. The sky is threatening too, dark clouds skipping along, shafts of silver sunlight lighting up the landscape, we 're going to see some heavy showers, that's for sure.
But the surf is probably going to be much more enjoyable over the headland at Harlyn. Let's have a look see........
And while I think about it, we're offering an amnesty on our FCS demo fins! If you've demo'd a set of fins and haven't yet returned them, for whatever reason, then now's the time! Just drop them back to the shop, no questions asked! We would just love to see them back - our selection is empty! And don't worry, we know how easy it is to overlook returning them and then time rolls on and it all becomes a hassle but if you do have any sets of fins to return, now is the time! Give them to a friend to bring back or just pop 'em in the post box, we're not going to charge you!
