The ENE swell about 1-2ft waist to chest high, short and chop- chop waves very messy and lots of water moving around, swell looks getting worst because of the strong winds blowing onshore and forecast stayed strong onshore all day. the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and very rough seas. low tide at 9:30 am with zero crowd. t 4:00 AM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 180 km East of Surigao City (9.5°N, 127.0°E). It is embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
