Strong Onshore wind
Surf conditions at 7.35 a.m. on Sunday 30th December 2012:
And again that wind blows!
A strong west sou' westerly is blowing into the bay once more this morning, flinging aside thick and black clouds, blasting sand off the top of the dunes, marram grass and all and wrecking any chance of a surf at any of our favoured surf breaks, again.
It's a big old swell that's grumbling in, all fidgetty at being hacked and torn at by this wind, angrily throwing itself against the headland and point and reef.
It is one of those days for 'ooohhs' and 'aaahs' by the visitors out walking but you ain't going to be able to surf it!
