Swell dropped a touch today to 4ft but became a bit straighter from the northeast but was still short period.Wind was offshore to start then swung back to the north.Crowd was never more than 4. Synopsis: At 4:00 a.m. today, the low pressure area (LPA) estimated based on all available data at 200 km East of Catarman, Eastern Samar (13.0°N 126.5°E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon. Forecast: Eastern and Central Visayas, CARAGA and Davao Del Norte will have moderate to heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Cagayan Valley and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy with brief light rains. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the Northeast with slight to moderate seas.
